Adult Education Classes From the beginning of October 2007 ISL is planning to introduce an Adult Evening Class Programme. Experienced teachers, appointed by ISL will be offering a range of courses at the school. Classes will be held once a week in the early evenings and they will be open to everyone over the age of 18,Classes will begin the week of the 9th October and the first block of ten lessons will run until the Christmas holidays with exact dates TBA. Depending on demand a second block of ten lessons would then run from the middle of January through to March. Before we finalize our programme it would help if you could let us know if you are interested in joining any of the Adult Evening classes. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can put together a programme that suits everyone. Our intention is to keep class sizes small so if you are interested we would ask you to commit to a full block of ten lessons with payment in advance. If there is a lot of demand for a particular subject then we will ensure that another teacher is provided. Courses offered: English as a Second Language Beginners and Intermediate levels 10 x 1 hours The cost for the first block of lessons (October December) will be: 80 euros * plus the cost of whichever course book the teacher recommends for the class Greek for beginners 10 x 1 hours The cost for the first block of lessons (October December) will be: 80 euros * plus the cost of whichever course book the teacher recommends for the class. Arts and Crafts 10 x 1 hour workshops *A wide range of activities can be offered and the content of the course will be determined by those participating. The cost for the first block of lessons (October December) will be: 90 euros * this cost will include basic art materials e.g. fabric paints, dyes, paints Introduction to Computing 10 x 1 hours The cost for the first block of lessons (October December) will be: 80 euros *This course is designed for people with little or no knowledge of computers and it will introduce them to word processing and spread sheets.
